Initial Comments:An unannounced, offsite follow-up survey completed August 23, 2022 found that Faithful Nursing Lp had corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts Band C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as the result of a Medicare recertification survey completed July 1, 2022.
